Event Registration Policy
To secure your place in the event of your choice, we require a deposit. The deposit amount varies. Full payment is usually due seven days before the event, in some cases 14 or more days. Please read the payment terms for each event before registering. Unless you advise us otherwise, the credit/debit card used for the deposit will be charged automatically with the balance seven days before the event.
Event registrations are processed upon receipt of payment. We will e-mail you (or snail mail if you don't have e-mail) a confirmation with all pertinent information such as directions, times, what to bring etc. If you have not received any confirmation communication from us within 72 hours of your online registration, please contact us at admin@ecstaticliving.com.
By submitting payment for an event, you indicate your intention to attend the event. If you are unsure if you wish to attend and have additional questions, please contact us at 877-982-6872 or info@ecstaticliving.com BEFORE submitting a payment.
Event Cancellation & Refund Policy
Weekend Events: If you cancel more than two weeks before the event, you will receive a full refund less a processing fee of $50 per person. If you cancel less than two weeks before the event, there will be no refund unless in extenuating circumstances in which case we reserve the right to a partial refund and/or credit for future events sponsored by us within 12 months of original event date. That having been said, note that if you do need to cancel, we do our best to accommodate you as much as we possibly can.
Day & Evening Events: If you cancel more than 7 days before the event a processing fee of $25 per person applies. If you cancel less than 7 days before the event, there is no refund.
Once the event has begun, you are not entitled to a refund should you decide to not to complete the event for any reason.
