Experience with Tantra is not necessary, and if you have taken seminars with us or others before, this retreat will help you deepen your practice of Tantra and ecstatic living. The tantric material presented will be based on the experience level of the retreat participants.

About the Resort
This retreat takes place in Playa Montezuma, one of the world’s most beautiful tropical beach towns, at the southern most tip of the Nicoya Peninsula. We will have exclusive use of Anamaya Resort, a new and exotic boutique hotel situated on a cliff edge blessed with the most incredible ocean views. It is just steps away from epic waterfalls, and surrounded by vibrant rain forest. Gourmet organic fare with seafood / chicken options, Anusara-inspired yoga classes, a variety of luxurious spa services, a salt water infinity pool as well as wireless high speed Internet access make this place a lap of luxury.

Accommodation
All rooms at Anamaya are elegantly designed with every detail focusing on protecting the environment. Most of the rooms have breathtaking suites ocean views and the owners are proud to have used non-toxic building materials, organic fabrics, and local artisans to complete the stylish and intimate accommodations. Anamaya Resort offers different types of accommodation with king beds (or two tin beds), air conditioning, private or shared bathrooms. Prices are two-tiered and rooms will be reserved on a first come, first serve basis.

Option 1: Two standard Temple rooms are located within lush tropical foliage and are simple, yet elegant rooms, sharing one bathroom.

Option 2: The suites offer large rooms with breathtaking private balconies and spectacular ocean views. Each of the cabinas has its own private deck, offering tranquility, as well as gorgeous ocean and rain forest views.

Group Activities & Excursions
This retreat gives ample time for adventure and exploration, visits to the town of Montezuma and strolls on the beach, as well as planned excursions including:

• • Tortuga Island: Cruising along the coast for a breathtaking 50-minute boat ride, spotting a group of playful dolphins, marveling at the enormous jumping manta rays or for the luckiest of visitors, catching a glimpse of surfacing humpback whales are just a few examples of the marine life frequently viewed as we make our way to the island. After your incredible snorkeling adventure we take to the white sand beach and relish a delicious BBQ lunch prepared right there on the beach.



• • Montezuma Waterfall Canopy Tour: One of the area’s premier attractions! The canopy tour consists of a series of nine cables and eleven platforms suspended high above the forest floor. As we glide above the canopy, we will see a number of plants and animals unique to Costa Rica, possibly including howler and white-faced monkeys, parrots, and iguanas. We will also be able to take a refreshing dip in Montezuma’s famous waterfall pools!
• • A Day at the Beach: Our driver will take us beyond Cabo Blanco Nature Reserve to Mal Pais & Santa Teresa, Costa Rica’s prime beaches . Here we can lounge around in hammocks, take a surf lesson, go horseback riding and enjoy a luscious lunch and an coconut fresh from the palm tree!
• • An early morning surprise excursion to one of our favorite places on Earth! We assure you – it will be secluded, protected, sensual — and simply amazing… and we’ll cap it off with lunch at a spectacular beach resort on the way back.
