Deposit & Payment:

Refund/Cancellation Policy & Travel Insurance:
Life is unpredictable, and to secure your investment in this vacation, please purchase travel insurance when you register to cover your expenses for airline tickets, the retreat etc in case you do need to cancel. We usually use TravelGuard or insuremytrip.com and the cost is around $75 per person. Because of the resort's cancellation policy we are cannot give refunds, sorry.
Flight Information:
Located only 30 kilometers north of Ixtapa/Zihuatanejo and an easy 45-minute drive to the International airport serviced by a number of International airlines including Alaska Airlines, Continental, American, America West, Frontier Airlines, Mexicana and Aeromexico.
Transport to and from Airport:
Included in the package is pick-up from Zihuatanejo airport and drop-off after the retreat, 24 hours a day. Dedicated and reliable personnel will pick you up and safely deliver you to the oasis of the resort.
Extra Nights:
It is possible to stay extra nights before and after the workshop at the resort. We find that it is very relaxing to arrive the day before. In any case, please schedule your flight so that you arrive before dinner on December 27th. We begin after dinner. The rate per night is $tba, based on double occupancy per person and including three meals daily and yoga classes or $tba single occupancy. If you wish to make a reservation for an extra night, please let us know.
Times:
Our first session will be on Saturday, December 27th after dinner. Our closing circle will be on Friday evening, January 2nd. Your stay at the resort ends on Saturday, January 3rd, 2009 after lunch. Generally, we will have two to three Tantra sessions per day. On excursion days, the schedule varies. There will be plenty of time for you to relax and enjoy the resort and its surrounds. Please book your flight so that you can attend the whole retreat from first to last session.
