This day-long event is the ideal opportunity to satisfy your curiosity about Tantra, and be pleasantly surprised how powerful and sacred the simplest activities can be when done with an open heart, a sense of playfulness and awareness. Unlike many other spiritual paths, Tantra honors our powerful sexual energy as a potent resource, but it is about much more than that! It is about everything we do, and everything we are – Tantra is a way of life! Throughout the ages Tantra has been taught experientially, rather than intellectually, and using ritual, communication, energy work and breathing techniques, we explore how Tantra can be integrated effortlessly into our daily activities and into our love life.
