The Love & Ecstasy Training: An Intensive Course in SkyDancing Tantra
Cycle 4: The Unfolding of the Soul
April 16-23, 2010 (Harbin Hot Springs, CA)
For those who have completed Cycles 1, 2 and 3 of the Love & Ecstasy Training and would like to move to a deeper level in their SkyDancing Tantra practice, Cycle 4 offers powerful techniques to access higher states of consciousness, sexual ecstasy and spiritual bliss.
The Wave of Bliss
We will deepen our exploration of Chakra Awakening and our Inner Flute as the connection between sky and earth, male and female, mother and father, spirit and body, using Margot Anand's pearl of SkyDancing Tantra, The Wave of Bliss.
Advanced Pelvic & Pleasure Healing
The core practice of Cycle 4 is the Advanced Pelvic Healing Work in which we explore how our unique relationship with our parents affected deeply the patterns through which we live our sexuality, and which have created emotional and somatic holding and tension in our pelvic area.
- Which aspects of yin and yang did you receive from your father and mother? Become aware of the qualities you are grateful for, as well as aspects you consider as obstacles. As you discover how even the obstacles are serving you, you find gratitude for your parents for that transmission.
- Release the negative memories imprinted in your body and pelvis, while simultaneously reinforcing the positive healing, support and messages from the parents you have "brought into your reality" as the "good or supportive parents".
- This work combines psychodrama with hands-on healing to re-establish your connection with the pleasure being you are m eant to be.
The Advanced Wave Of Bliss & The Tribal Wave
In the latter part of the week we will bring this new integration into the spiritual realm, by physically connecting the sky and the earth in our own body, and with a partner, through breath, pleasure and pure awareness, in the Advanced Wave of Bliss.
The Wave of Bliss practiced in Cycle 3 represented an alchemical process that transformed sexual energy from the root chakra to the crown chakra and beyond, from orgasm to meditation.
- In the Advanced, or Descending Wave of Bliss we complete the blissful circular, cosmic cycle of the Wave by receiving subtle energies through our crown chakra and circulating it from the crown through the chakras, back down to our root, and the earth.
- The Tribal Wave explores the wave as an unconditional tribal connection in unexpected ways, with many unexpected tribal group connections
Throughout the week we will share tantric rituals, meditations, sacred mantras and visualizations, and connect to the root gurus of the SkyDancing Tantra lineage, Padmasambhava and Yeshe Tsogyel and our yidam deities.
This week is a celebration of community with experienced SkyDancers. Exploring and learning together on this advanced level will be a sacred communion, and the orgasmic energy of our group will be greater than the sum of its parts!
Prerequisites: This is an advanced workshop. To participate in Cycle 4 you must have completed at least two LET Cycles, including Cycle 3.
