Costs, Logistics & Travel Arrangements (West Coast)
Costs: $1,575 per participant per Cycle (includes tuition, delicious meals, in/outdoor camping, and 24-hour use of Harbin's hot springs facilities). Private rooms are available at extra cost (see Harbin Hot Springs information below).
To register: Call us or send a deposit of $500 per person to the address below or register and pay the deposit on-line here. We will e-mail you a questionnaire and acknowledgement of your deposit. Upon review of your completed questionnaire, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with logistics details and travel information.
Prerequisites for Cycle 1: A workshop with Steve & Lokita Carter, Margot Anand or other SkyDancing Tantra teachers or other Tantra workshop experience, preferrably in a workshop setting.
Prerequisites for Cycle 2: LET Cycle; other advanced Tantra workshop experience may be acceptable. Please contact us to discuss this further. Prerequisites for Cycle 3: Cycles 1 and 2 of the Love and Ecstasy Training (LET) or 10-day LET taught by Margot Anand prior to 2005. Other experience may be acceptable. Please e-mail or call us. Discounts: Here is how you can save on the cost of this training:

If you pay in full for each Cycle two months before each Cycle, deduct $50 per Cycle.

If you participate in all three Cycles of LET within a calendar year, deduct $150 from your final payment for Cycle 3.
Payment: The balance for each cycle is due two weeks prior to each Cycle.
Refund Policy: For cancellations received more than 21 days prior to each Cycle, a full refund applies less an administration fee of $150 per person. For cancellations less than 21 days prior to each Cycle, no refund will be given, except in extenuating circumstances in which was we reserve a right to a partial refund, and/or credit for future events sponsored by the Institute for Ecstatic Living.
About Harbin Hot Springs
Harbin Hot Springs, north of the Napa Valley, is a beautiful and peaceful clothing-optional retreat center surrounded by 1160 acres of warm waters and pristine nature that are the perfect setting for this workshop. Our tantric temple will be the spacious Conference Center with its own private pools, a beautiful 5-minute walk to Harbin's warm pools and the Harbin Hotel.
Accommodation: Since the training takes place in the warmer, dry season, outdoor camping is expected to be very nice. There are excellent camp sites around the Meadow Building (Cycle 1) and the Conference Center (Cycles 2 and 3). If you prefer a private room, you may reserve it for an additional fee by contacting Harbin Hot Springs at (707) 987-2477 or 1-800-622-2477 within California. You can check into your private room from 3:00 pm onwards. We recommend that you reserve your private room well ahead of time to avoid disappointment. Rooms at Harbin are very popular!
Timing Cycle 1: Cycle 1 begins Friday, May 22nd at 6.45 pm (registration from 6:30 pm onwards) and ends on Friay, May 29th at 1:00 pm followed by lunch. You may arrive at Harbin Hot Springs as early as 12:00 pm on May 22nd and stay until 10:00 pm on May 29th.
Timing Cycle 2: Cycle 2 begins Friday, August 21st at 6.45 pm (registration from 6:30 pm onwards). The ending time and details will be confirmed shortly. You may arrive at Harbin Hot Springs as early as 12:00 pm on August 21st and stay until 10:00 pm on August 28th.

Travel Arrangements
Harbin Hot Springs is located about 2.5 hours North of San Francisco, near Middletown. The drive time is approximately 2.5 hours from Oakland or San Francisco Airports. If you are flying into San Francisco or Oakland, you can either:
- rent a car and follow the directions; click here for map
- arrange a ride with one of your fellow participants through car pooling (a list of others willing to carpool will be sent to you separately so that you can contact each other directly to arrange your ride)
- take the Airport Bus to Santa Rosa and then use the Harbin Taxi Service
The Airport Bus departs Oakland airport on the hour at two-hourly intervals, between 6.00am and 10.00pm. Departure at San Francisco airport is 15 minutes after the hour at hourly intervals, between 5.15am and 12.15am. The bus costs $28 per person each way. Transport from Santa Rosa to Harbin Hot Springs: If this is your preferred option, please call Harbin at 707-987-2477 as soon as possible to arrange a taxi ride from Santa Rosa to Harbin. The cost is $75 for one, and $25 for each additional person (each way). When you are on the bus, the bus driver will offer to telephone Harbin to confirm your approximate arrival time at Santa Rosa.

Daily Schedule: There will a morning meditation, and 2 to 3 sessions each day. In the breaks between the sessions you will have enough time to enjoy a leisurely meal, a rest, a walk or a massage treatment, or soak in Harbin's warm pools. |
