Experience and learn a unique blend of Yoga, tantric breath practices and chakra exploration that will nourish your entire being – body, heart and soul!

SkyDancing Yoga blends Dagmar’s eclectic style of Yoga with chakra meditations and energy practices from SkyDancing Tantra, focusing specifically on how to live every aspect of life with more awareness, ease, and confidence and to be more comfortable during tantric practices.

The the body-based practice of SkyDancing Yoga helps us to expand our bliss and increase the awareness of our innate ecstatic response. Using breath, movement and sound we open to our highest potential for ecstatic play and awaken this ecstatic response to experience “yogasms”.

Dagmar’s Yin Yoga sequences cultivate mobility, length and ease with sensitivity to the energy body, bringing us closer to who we really are. Yang Yoga routines encourage stability and grounding, which provides strength and endurance. The combination of the yin and the yang brings the balance and spiritual dimension that we all need and seek for our personal growth and expansion.
