Deposit Fee: To secure your placement in any of our events, a "deposit fee" payment is required. The deposit fee amount varies on the type of event (weekend, weeklong, retreat, coaching, etc.). Full balance payment is due 45 days before each event. Your deposit payment for any of our events is only accepted once you have accepted our "Terms of Service".
Balance Payment: Unless you advise us otherwise, the credit/debit card used for the deposit payment will be charged automatically on the balance due date of the event for which are you registered (typically 45 days before the start date of the event).
Registration Confirmation: Event registrations are processed upon receipt of payment. We will email you a registration confirmation with all pertinent information such as directions, times, what to bring, etc. If you have not received from us your registration confirmation email within 72 hours of your online registration, please contact us at email@example.com or call us at 707-987-3456.
By submitting payment for an event, you indicate your confirmation that you will participate in the event for which you have registered. If you are unsure whether or not you wish to participate in one of our events, and have additional questions, please contact us at 707-987-3456 or firstname.lastname@example.org before submitting payment. Registration Prerequisite: If you do not meet the prerequisite to participate in an event for which you have registered online or by phone, you may be required to complete an application for enrollment. Should your application be approved, you will be sent a registration confirmation email. Should your application be denied, your registration payment will be refunded in full (or issued to you as a full credit voucher if you prefer).
